Swimming pool → Every Wednesday and Friday at 6:30 p.m. (theory + practice)
Beach → Every Monday (theory + practice at sea)

Duration:

3 hours (theory + immersion)

All the necessary equipment.
You only need a swimsuit and a towel.

Requirements:

Minimum 12 years
Complete medical questionnaire

Small groups:

Pool: 2-8 people
Beach: 4-8 people
