Is it possible to modify or cancel a reservation?
We know plans change. We offer rates like the Flexible Rate, which allows you to cancel your stay without obligation and without prepayment up to 15 days before your arrival. The Non-Refundable Rate allows you to make a change if necessary, but you'll have to pay the difference between the new dates and the reservation.
Do you have adapted options for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we have some accommodations and restrooms adapted for people with reduced mobility.

No, we do not offer this service.

What happens if I arrive after midnight?
Don't worry! There will always be someone to assist you and escort you to your accommodation. If you arrive after check-in has ended, our security team will be able to assist you.
However, if you know you'll be arriving later, you'll need to contact the campsite reception before arrival so you can arrange your entry smoothly upon arrival.
Do you have a luggage storage service?
At EL PORTUS we take care of you from the first moment, we have a special space for your luggage while you wait for your accommodation to be ready.
What is the usual weather like at the destinations?
Sunny most of the year, but don't forget to check the forecast before coming.
What is the beach like next to the campsite?
The cove located next to Camping El Portús, known as Cala Morena, is a natural setting with crystal-clear waters thanks to its stone floor, making it an ideal place for swimming, relaxing, or snorkeling.
If you're looking for a different experience, from here you can kayak to the Giant's Cave, a highly recommended route for the more adventurous. And, just 20 minutes away, you'll find La Chapineta beach, a magical place to contemplate one of the best sunsets in the area.
In Cala Morena, both nudists and non-nudists live together in a peaceful and respectful environment.
